Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading details — including your name, phone number, or payment information — constitute a breach of these terms. v100 reserves the right to verify user identity at any time through additional verification processes.

All transactions on the v100 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform accepts deposits via approved local payment methods, including FPX, Boost, GrabPay, and Touch & Go eWallet. Deposits credited to an account cannot be reversed once processed. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are correct before confirming any transaction. v100 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect payment information provided by the user.
Withdrawals will be processed in accordance with established procedures. The platform reserves the right to request additional verification before approving a withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits or where unusual account activity is detected. Withdrawals to accounts not belonging to the registered account holder are not permitted.
Any attempt to conduct money laundering, payment fraud, or abuse of the payment system will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated account will be terminated immediately.
V100 provides the platform on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties. The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted or continuous access, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the services.
The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
Accounts suspended due to fraud or illegal activity are not eligible for any refund of funds. For accounts closed for other reasons, any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures once the investigation is complete.
Any disputes relating to transactions or game outcomes must be reported to the support team within 30 days of the date of the incident. Disputes submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
All content on the v100 platform — including logos, graphics, user interface, text, software code, and design — is the exclusive property of the platform operator or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from the platform.
The platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers. v100 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties. Use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to the relevant third party's terms.
The v100 domain name, logo, and brand may not be used in any form without authorisation, including in link titles, advertisements, or third-party marketing materials.
V100 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are advised to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the platform operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism under the applicable law.
